Procedure for Hiring DHC


Call our office and speak with one of our helpful staff Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Our phones have 24-hour voicemail so you can leave a message for us in the evening after work. Our office will call you back the next morning.

Our quick-response service allows us to schedule your job within two weeks or less of your call to DHC.

Same day or next day service is available in emergency situations.

We offer a Time and Materials billing structure to provide you with the most cost-effective and timely service.

The type of work we will be performing determines whether your job will require one or two, and in some cases, three technicians.

Payment terms may be arranged for our management clients.

DHC can also provide regularly scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.

Our field staff is bonded, and speak fluent English.

DHC carries full liability, commercial vehicular and worker’s compensation insurances.


We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property. All of our technicians carry drop cloths, vacuums, and other protective gear in their trucks. All measures are taken to assure that our work staff adheres to company safety policies.
